I love sharing yoga, body-mind sessions, and energizers with students. The more often I offer this, the more I realize the need.

It is actually good for everyone to know what to do when they're feeling challenged, down or overwhelmed. And to know how you can feel good again, home yourself. How to use your body, so your mind gest calm & clear again.  

i think the world will look differently if we receive this in our education: Tools in our hands to take care of our body & mind.
