Tsa Lung Tibetan Yoga Special Class

This is a dynamic powerful Tibetan practice where we combine breath retention, body
movements, visualisation & awareness. In Tsa Lung we train our breath, our life
force.
 
We open our body so energy flows, can reach deep places & nourish more and more
subtle body channels. Blood quality improves & hormone production increases. We
feel happiness in the body & our mind is satisfied, happy and calm. With a calm
blissful mind, we can recognize our nature.


The build up of this class is:

  • Diamond heart (our deeper intentions/motivation)
  • Diamond body (our power of the breath and physical practice)
  • Diamond mind (awareness Meditation)
